An Update on Town Planning

We are thrilled to announce some recent appointments to bolster our Town Planning service offerings.

Alex Winfield joined us in June 2025, hailing from Conceptz. Alex is well regarded within Bendigo as a trusted, knowledgable and approachable town planner. He joins us as Terraco's new Planning Manager .

Rees May also joined the team recently as a Senior Town Planner. Rees has dedicated years to public service at local Councils in various planning roles. He brings with him a deep understanding of various local planning schemes and policy.

We welcome our new planners aboard, and look forward to watching them deliver the highest calibre of town planning advice to our valued clients.
